Wow! Should have bought a second One SL a LONG time ago

I bought my first One SL several years ago to replace a temperamental Bluetooth speaker by a high-end brand. The minute I connected this speaker I was blown away! Fast forward to now, I thought hard about a new Era 300 but found my new One SL on the refurbished products page and I am glad to have made this move! Great dimensional stereo!

I own 10 so is speakers, so clearly I love the brand. However, I recently purchase a "refurbished" SL one that, despite Sonos tech support, just would not work. Customer service was good about sending a prepaid postage for its return, but needed to get that back - not just scanned by UPS - before sending out a replacement. One in 10, not bad odds. But still frustrating...

No only is the sound amazing (have one in my office and outside patio) regardless of the size of the area, but it has great features. All 250 CDs loaded on my Brennan Helix instantly download to a speaker and lets me shuffle or create playlists.
