Disappointed by durability - broke with no Sonos help

We originally loved this speaker. We have several throughout our home and bought many as gifts. Unfortunately we will no longer be purchasing from Sonos or recommending them anymore. Ours broke with no assistance provided from Sonos after just 3 years. Not worth the price tag if it breaks in 3 years and Sonos did not offer any option to fix it.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Superior Sound
Cons: Not Durable, Unreliable

Poor quality I have returned and replaced several times after the 90 dat warranty they replaced with a rebuild one the last one didn't last 24 hours still waiting for the replacement it's been over 2 weeks. There junk

I like the speaker but it doesn't work as intended

I bought this speaker to be able to play music for my employees in my ice cream shop and especially be able to control it remotely. I have it linked through Alexa but it keeps stopping even though it appears to still be working. It is frustrating. There should be a way to control it through the Sonos app remotely like you can a thermostat.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Superior Sound
Cons: Difficult to Use, Unreliable

Tried multiple times to set up. Doesn't recognize the Wi-Fi. Same one used for a different product. That Wi-Fi is used for multiple devices in the home

Great sound but cutout issue.

The product has great sound and I like having speakers in separate rooms and controlled separately but my issue is that when I am using Spotify it will stop playing during commercials and not restart. I have to push pause and then play again. Every time a commercial comes on. This does not happen when using Pandora . Why? It's aggravating because I connected with my iPad and is usually not in the room with me and I have to get up and go to my iPad. This problem exist using SONOS app or note. Fix the bug and they would be great.

I came off a Bluesound product which is superior. This is fine, but not high end.
Pros: Expandable, Wireless
Cons: Not as much depth, bass is weak

Blutooth Very misleading

You can only use the speakers thru the Sonos app. I wanted to use the speakers away from my house, in a detached garage. It was not explained very well, that the system would not work without an wifi connection. The music stops every 5 minutes because of lost signal. This complicates using the speakers in the manner I wanted. Due to location and cost of increasing signal these are useless

Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable

One SL speakers provide surround support to my Playbar, the sound source of my Sony Bravia TV.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Free Control Options, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
