I don't like anything about it. I would love to send it back if I could. I put it back in the box and hope to find someone willing to take it. Extremely disappointed in this product. I love new gadgets, but will never use this due to connectivity and ease of use.

App routinely does not connect to the speakers making it impossible to make any changes to speaker settings. Took 2 days to set up with new speakers with my old playbar.

Excellence in Sound

This particular speaker is used almost exclusively alone, separate from my existing system, but whether used in conjunction or apart sounds excellent. I did have to update from the S1 app to the Sonos S2 app to get it to pair and unfortunately the S2 app is slower, clunkier, and responds poorly to commands, especially in comparison to the S1.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Difficult Setup

Not Happy with being force to buy replacement speakers.

I was force to replace my play 5 because I could not reconnect after changing my WiFi. Highly disappointed with Sonos for that and could not get one of the 40% discount even though I had 13 pieces of your product. Since this happen I have change my thoughts on purchasing more speakers for the other rooms in my house. I just hope that this doesn't happen each time something changes or a unit gets old.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Free Control Options, Wireless
Cons: Not loud in comparison to the play 3 or play 5

Currently we only have two speakers One SL in our family room/kitchen! We a long with all family and friends love the two speakers we have and the incredible sound coming from them. We have plans to expand to to 1 Five speaker and 1 Arc Sound Bar to complete our system! Love the SONOS Sound!
