Upon purchasing a pair of Sonos 1 speakers, I have struggled to connect or control the speakers with my iPhone. I still can not control them due to a network connectivity error. I have to use my iPad to use them. I also learned that I could not connect them and create a group with my Alexa speaker. I loved the idea of Sonos but am considering returning. Ugh
Excellent sound and easy to set up. Disappointment as could use apple play when SL is in surround sound. This should be fixed so I can hear music from playbar and both SL. Currently I can not. Also, I was hoping to hear broadcast on SL but there is no sound other than ad or music. Sound is only with playbar. I hope SONON can upgrade soft ware to get these features.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Apple play option does not work when SL in group
These speakers are great. It's nice to have the ability to add more components. Sound is amazing and very easy to set up. My only complaint is that sound on some of the speakers will cut in and out and I cannot figure out how to resolve this.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
We bought this speaker to use outside, once the weather is better, but in the meantime, we're able to take it and music to rooms in the house where we don't currently have speakers set-up.
Already had a couple Sonos ones. This works great and is perfect for multi-room audio. I put mine in the kitchen. Also, if you have an existing Alexa, you can actually control the SL with It and send audio to the device.
Just buy, plug in and play. It really is that easy. Sound is fantastic and I love that the speaker groups are perfectly in sync when playing as a stereo pair or group. Can walk room to room with seamless music. Or if you prefer mix it up in different rooms. Add Alexa and it gets easier!
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Free Control Options, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
