Love, love love Sonos!

Love the ease of use of the Sonos App. I primarily stream from Apple Music and love the ability to cross fade. I have stereo paired speakers in the living room and a single speaker in the kitchen. Love how the music fills the entire living area when all are playing. It's great to be able to easily stream radio in the kitchen when getting ready for work in the mornings. System has been bullet proof so far with no drop outs or glitches. Wish you could control the volume with the phone controls without having to re-access the Sonos app. but that's a small complaint. Overall love the sound and ease of use of Sonos. I definitely plan to add more components to my system.

I love the product even with low volume in a small room sounds very loud! Great bass as well!! I know want to buy the whole home set!

Good product, but air play could be a little better

I have two, one in the living room and bedroom along with an apple homepod in the dining room. It will cut out sometimes or stop playing when I use the air play function for all speakers. When using the sonos app it is flawless. I love that I can play in multiple rooms. Its a hit with my adult kids and I love the set up, I just wish it wasnt glitchy with the apple play

I bought one initially and loved it so much, I bought a second one to have a pair in stereo. I love that it's expandable to add more to the system if I wish to down the road.

Extremely disappointed in the Sonos brand. Speakers constantly cutting off or simply not working. The Sonos App consistently cannot connect or when it does, can't locate my speakers. Especially frustrating after having my cable provider update all my equipment and still encountering these issues. The tech support only available Mon-Fri is also not good customer support. And when I was able to connect with a person, the help was useless; was more of a sales pitch vs helping me sort out the issues. I am contemplating returning all four speakers.

Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable

Honestly can barely tell these are there most of the time. Only on an occasional movie with very specifically surround type sound effects do we even know we have them. We have adjusted and readjusted the sound settings but it's like it's too smart for its own good. Wouldn't buy again.
