We use the product at a small gym we opened a little over a year ago. The sound is awesome and the set up was easy. The only complaint I've had so far is that sometimes the app will crash out of nowhere and usually takes a few minutes to get back online.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless

Recently upgraded from a Bose 5.1 system connected to a Marantz receiver. ARC soundbar, Sonos gen 3 subwoofer, and two rear SL, and the sound is amazing. The ARC is connected to my Samsung 65" TV (eArc HDMI). I recommend this setup for smaller rooms.

As a new buyer of Sonos One SL, you asked me to review the speakers. I bought these speakers despite the recent controversy over software updates (which I gather you have rectified) because I understood the sound was good - and it is! I have a stereo pair and love the sound, no complaints there at all. The setup was easy. I do have difficulties in connecting from the Music app (I don't use Apple Music) on my iMac. This is my preferred way of listening to music (I find the Music Library uploaded to the Sonos app is a mess - carefully organized music playlists ended up in symbolic, numeric and alphabetic order. So I play from the Music app on the computer. Even though wifi is in place with a wired connection speaker-to-router, the music always starts through the internal speakers (sometimes with no volume). I have to manually select the Sonos Airplay "room" from the Volume Status Menu (sometimes have to select internal speakers then Airplay Sonos). I do this from the Volume Status Menu in the Menu Bar. A request would be a similar Sonos Menu Bar app, with a built in keyboard shortcut for dropping the menu down plus the ability to assign shortcuts to those menu items (I really don't want to have to use the Sonos app). I have more recently started to select the Sonos speakers from the drop-down before starting any music. But honestly, there should be some way that the airplay speakers could be set as default - you and Apple need to get together! - so that when I start music, it just seamlessly connects to the Sonos speakers. The Equalizer: within the Music app, Apple's equalizer setting (R&B, Rock, Jazz, etc.) I gather do go to the Sonos speakers. Nor does Sound Check (auto sets playback volume to the same level). Your Equalizer is basic base, treble, balance and loudness and I suppose I can live with this but the Sound Check setting is something you could probably built into the Sonos app and would be most appreciated!
