Nice sound. Stable connection. The app could be better.

I had a Samsung multiroom system an decided to change to Sonos. The setup is easy and the system is more reliable. I heard so much about the Sonos app and now I realize that the Samsung app is far more friendly. I am not so happy with the interface. Anyway the sound of the one is great and I have a couple of Ikea speakers. Overall I recommend Sonos and I will expand my system. I am a music addict, I need music all the time.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Streams All My Music, and More, Wireless
Cons: The app is not so friendly.

Not worth the money

Each time I turn the speaker on, I need to go through the entire set up process again. The Sonos app is a great idea and you can connect it to anything on your phone (Pandora for example). But if it's not on WiFi, that's your only option. Sometimes a simple Bluetooth hookup is all you need. It's very difficult to navigate and it is not worth the money. I'd like to return mine for a simpler speaker of the same price.

Cons: Difficult Setup, Difficult to Use, Unreliable

Electric cable is too short (UK type plug)

The UK type plug that comes with the speaker is too short. I'm using 2 Sonos SLs as a sround for the arc. You must use an extension cord for each to connect it to electricity. Mine is UK type plug (3-pin). Overall, its recommended but just keep in mind

Difficult to connect

I use my Sonos for background music or for talk radio. Warning to users. If you unplug it to move it, watch out! What a royal pain to reconnect it. It took several attempts. Good luck reaching customer service. I still have not been able to reach a human at Sonos. On hold forever.

I have it set up in my large living room and love it!! Sound is phenominal. Just got the subwoofer yesterday. What a difference.
