This speaker sounds amazing. Everything was easy to set up except streaming music from my computer. I have an external NAS with all my music. The setup would have been easy if all my music was in the music file on the computer. I had to figure out the pathway to my NAS but there are no instructions for that and I couldn't find any clues on the internet. Once I got the pathway right, everything else was easy. Streaming services and internet radio were a breeze to set up.
Pros: Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless

does not sync to Google or Alexa well. Lots of issues with playing from Spotify or Apple via bluetooth. Many error reports song can not be played. Songs stop on their own in the middle of a song.
Couldn't get both to hook up. Go wireless speakers instead.

I could get one to work but couldn't get two. I like the sound quality but the fact that you need to plug them in and their need for wifi doesn't make them as useful as Bluetooth speakers. I brought mine back to the store. Don't know if I would do Sonos again.
Speakers are amazing quality but the Sonos app is useless. Swapped from Bose to Sonos and instantly regretted the decision due to the app. I would consider fixing it to make it more user friendly if you're going to charge so much for speakers.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
This system is grossly unreliable. I have the boost, 4 one's 2 SL's and two of the old SL's and a move. When working it is a great system. However, so many times I open the app and the only speaker showing is my move. There is no rhyme or reason to this because I will come back the next day or hours later and bam there are the other speakers. When guest are over and you want to put on some music this sucks. I tell them it is a Sonos system. Therefore, it does not show well nor is reliable. I have a blue tooth as a back up and sometimes use the move blue tooth off the Sonos network.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Wireless
We bought original SONOS many years ago which has worked flawlessly in 5 different zones in our house including our outdoor patio. No problems but realized technology was becoming dated with SONOS 2 having arrived. replaced 2 Play3's and 2 Play5's with 4 SONOS One units. Very pleased. Set-up was flawless even for a technophobe. Still getting use to SONOS2 app but 100 % glad we updated our system
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
