When the product works its great! But loose the sound about 4 times per day. Have to restart. Too many updates
Pros: Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound
Cons: Unreliable

Perfectly balanced acoustics!

I bought two Sonos One 2nd gen and set up in my living room was easy. Sound stage is crisp and balanced.

Want to use my speakers for surround sound but having difficulty setting them up.

Great, but one small problem..

My only complaint is that Sonos has now taken away the ability to play music downloaded to my phone from my music folder. Even though they are purchased songs from iTunes, I would have to have Apple Music to play them.

Cons: Can't play music downloaded to phone.

I love the ease of use, the Sonos app and Sonos Radio. It's the best thing about working from home besides the 2-minute commute.

Good but unreliable connection

Love the sound. Problem is the connectivity to the wireless system will just drop and I will lose it for a day or so. Mysteriously comes back. If I had ditched my old Bluetooth speakers I probably would have returned this. Amazing product when you can connect. I have tried support a couple of times but it has not helped.

Cons: Difficult Setup, Unreliable
