Excellent Addition to Sonos Arc for Theater Experience

Bought a Sonos Arc a month earlier to connect to an LG OLED C9 tv and found the Arc to be a terrific edition as it was able to utilize the tv's eARC connection to acquire Dolby Atmos sound. Then decided to add the two Sonos One SL speakers to the system and I'm glad I did as it further enhanced the Arc, adding breathtaking dimension to the already high quality sound of the Arc. The Sonos 2 app made set up a breeze, taking only a few minutes while the Sonos TruePlay fine tuned sound to the room. Next up...Sonos Bass.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
These speakers were a great addition to my movie watching experience; however, the speakers came unplugged and I have been unable to connect them with the rest of my system. I am terribly unimpressed with the lack of tech support from Sonos and unfortunately for me, I have to wait over two-weeks for Geek Squad to come back out and fixt the problem. The system and app should be more user friendly when it comes to troubleshooting. I'm pretty tech savvy; however, I have not been able to rectify the issue on my own. It's nuts that I have to wait for someone to come to my home when it's probably something simple that could be fixed over the phone. I give this aspect of the product a negative rating.
Pros: Decent Sound
Cons: Difficult to link back up with total system!
Consider myself "tech savory" until I tried t connect this speaker. Spent about 2 hours on 3 different calls with Sonos. No luck. Not sure how they can sale something that requires so much just to set it up.
Sound quality is good but the app and connectivity is spotty

We have a multi-room gym where we have 2 Sonos One SL speakers set up in one room, and 3 speakers in the bigger room. The sound quality is awesome when it's working, but the app has been sketchy at best. I can't count the amount of times I've to "find my products" again, reset the entire system, unplug the speakers, or delete and re-download the app. Half the time, the app will only pick up one room or in the bigger room, it will only show the pair of speakers instead of all three. I figured out that the speakers will connect directly to Spotify so I've been using that recently and that's been working better but there are still connectivity reliability issues. The system has unlimited potential to be amazing but it's fallen short for me.
Pros: Different Music, Different Rooms, Easy to Set Up, Expandable, Free Control Options, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound, Wireless
Cons: Issues with the app reliability and connectivity, Unreliable
