Sonos Convert!!

I purchased the 2 speaker set for myself for Xmas. A friend recommended Sonos approximately 3 years ago and I replied "I have a Bose home theater system, why would I buy Sonos"! Mistake, my Bose system is antiquated in comparison! I can stream all my Apple music on Sonos, the sound is impeccable! It sat in the box for about a month, before I decided to put it together. Although I consider myself tech savvy at 63, I dreaded it, particularly after reading reviews prior to purchase. I had no issues!!! I set up both speakers with some minor missteps on my part, but the quick set up instructions are great, and my system works without issue!! I live in NYC in a high-rise with Verizon Fios and it works wonderful!! I am purchasing a 2 speaker set for some friends who are building a house in S.C. as a gift, that's how much I love this system!!
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Free Control Options, Streams All My Music, and More, Wireless

I was disappointed

I own a different system before I got this. When I got this system I was expecting better sound and loud, but unfortunately this is not the case I was really disappointed about it. I have a couple wireless rechargeable speakers on my house that sound better than this system. I got the complete system thinking that, it was going to be better ( bar, sub, pair of sl1). But no You will think that if is connected to power. that will make it more powerful, but is not the case. I compared them with the different systems, that I have and they are really disappointing..
Pros: Wireless
Cons: Poor Sound Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Use two of the SL1 speakers with my Arc for TV viewing and background music when entertaining or reading a good book. Sonos products are easy to setup and they sound great. The App that I downloaded on my Ipad is easy to use and provides a wealth of music. Lots to discover and recall the "old days".

Using in a 600 sq. foot living area and it fills the space with deep, textured sound beautifully. Hanging under a mounted TV, can now hear dialogue much more clearly. Using alone, no sub, no surround. Also playing multi-instrumental, beats, and electronic music mostly - love the sound. Creates surround like ambience from the single Beam. Took 5 min to set up from downloading the app, creating account, to connecting to all devices including the TV.
Pros: Easy to Set Up, Great Size, Minimalist design, Perfect for small to medium spaces without a sub, Streams All My Music, and More, Superior Sound

These speakers are awesome, super easy to set up and sound amazing. Customize your sonos app to adjust the speakers audio to your liking! Make sure you push the power cord very firmly so it sits flush to the bottom of the speaker.

We have this in our bathroom and it works great. The kids will request specific music and its easily changeable while in another room. Pandora works flawlessly. We love it!

Keep dropping off wifi network

it keeps dropping off wifi. I cannot return it just because of I have Sonos Arc, otherwise I may go with other options.

Hard to believe! After engineering a great sounding, functioning and looking speaker. It comes with a power cord that when plugged into the bottom of the speaker does not allow the speaker to sit flat. The plug sits proud of the bottom! HELLO MCFLY ANY ONE HOME!
