Within a year battery gone and the app always searching to locate it. Now wearing for nothing but just a metal ring!

This is a Christmas Gift for my granddaughter to replace the one I brought her after graduation from high school and her birthday. She took off her ring to wash her hand and forgot to put it back on in the restaurant when she left the washroom. Didn't noticed it on until she was coming home. Phoned restaurant and no one turned the ring in, even followed up two days later. She was very sad.

I have had Oura rings since they started selling them and I love it. No bulky watch to wear but just as good. Great price and quick delivery through Best Buy

Great wearable

Love this! It's a great alternative to a watch. I like that I don't get constant updates on a screen on my wrist. The sleep data and cycle insights are really great. Steps seem relatively accurate. Might not be the best wearable for high performance athletes, but great for day to day use and insights average mortals.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My ring stopped charging at 11 months old. Oura said they would send a replacement ring, but it seems they forgot and it was only sent once I followed up again.
The replacement ring is a refurbished ring, without any warranty.

Started out great for first 4 months...readings started to be off. Contacted support with next to no real help or resolution. If this company could get a good support for ring issues would definitely be a product worth getting. Unfortunately i will have to go elsewhere at my own cost
