Mundane disappointments

Just bought it and a bit annoyingly plugging it into my car. Absolutely nothing happens. Plugging it into my phone. Absolutely nothing happens. I can’t see the voltage it’s not charging my car is on. I’m not sure why it doesn’t work, but I have yet to have it work.
