Top Heavy but sufficient

Started using the stick vacuum the day it came. I really liked it with all the attachments and features it has. I'm 76 yrs. old and found I could not vacuum for long because of it being so top heavy with the motor. My arm and shoulder got really achy in a very short time because of this feature of where the motor is located. Only my bedrooms have carpets and the rest of the house has laminate flooring. So far, I think the vacuum is more powerful than my cordless Electroux stick vacuum. Shark on is certainly much heavier. This point would probably not matter to a younger person or one with no health issues with shoulders and arms.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Cord Design

So disappointing! The design of the vacuum causes extra stress on the cord and the cord failed. It started "stalling" while vacuuming and you would have to straighten out the cord at the base of the machine. Then it stopped working all together. After taking it to a few local vacuum shops they all say it is not something that can be fixed and it is now an expensive paperweight.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this Vacuum

This Rocket picks up everything and it is so convenient with the different ways you can use the stick vacuum. I clean the filter once a month and it keeps going like an ever ready. I have owned this vacuum for 3 plus years with absolutely NO problems.

Very impressed with the cleaning capabilities. Smaller than a regular vacuum for storage. I am definitely sold on this vacuum.

I keep a very clean house, my mom got me this for Christmas and I really love this vacuum I deep cleaned and dusted with it..... way easier with this and normal vacuuming picks up great

Quiet, Effective,

I bought this to end a long standing loyalty to Eureka. With 2 cats, a dog, and little one on the way, I was hesitant to replace my "workhorse" with a stickvac. Long review short... This vacuum runs daily and has yet to yield to heavy demand. The dirt cup is a tad on the small side, but other than that I have no complaints. The numerous included attachments also work very well (the upholstery head is excellent!).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broken belt

I have used this vacuum for five years and really like it. HOWEVER, the belt that drives the motor broke and I can't find a replacement in stores or online at your web site.
