Poor preformance

I bought the SHARK because of the ad saying it could pick up dog hair. I tried to vacuum up the dog hair in my SUV. I must have spent over an half an hour vacuuming the same spot, and it still did not pick up all the hair. I finally got tired of using it and grabbed my wife's ORECK. Now that is a GREAT vacuum for getting dog hair out of your car.
I would not recommend the SHARK to anyone with dogs that travel in their cars.

I got my shark rocket Christmas from husband. Some women might haven't not been pleased with it but I was very pleased, I'm just hoping the attachments are to expensive. I want them. Car detailed and the mop attachments.

I bought this vacuum two months ago and have been happy with its usefulness. Looked for a machine for hard floor use. Would prefer with no beaterbar, but get what you can find (have no carpets). My canister type was too big for use. Offer one with hard floor tool also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have 5 cats and 1 dog and it picks up hair and litter great,,and picks up hair on furniture,walls and blinds.

Roller stops working

I bought it last year and use it very carefully but this is second time the roller stopped working. I got it replaced after numerous calls n pursuation. I wont recommend it.

This is a very impressive machine when vacuuming. BUT it's made from a lot of plastic parts and if any of them break, then it's all over because you can't buy them. Might be able to find another broken machine to take parts from? I guess like most things today, it's a 'use it and throw it away' product. Sad.
