I bought this about a year ago and already have to replace the brush roll. I can not find the replacement brush roll anywhere. Very upsetting. Very disappointed

Worst vacuum I ever bought!

I just bought this vacuum tonight. I am so disappointed that I came on right away to write a review in hopes of saving another person from buying this. This is a horrible vacuum! It is top heavy like the reviews say. I turned the vacuum on and it took off on me and it just hovers over the carpet. Also left dirt on top of the vacuum after I was done like overspray. Do not use it on shag rugs because it doesn't work. I have never owned a Shark before and this doesn't leave a good impression on me. I might have to go back to Dyson. Maybe Shark would send me a vacuum besides this one? I hope they can change my mind about them and write a better review. I hope I can get my money back.

Broken after two years

I've had my vacuum for two years now. All though I have loved it. It has now broke.
The dust bucket has broken where the screw holds it together. The plastic that holds the screw in all broke off. It is not repairable. I wanted it to last longer than that. Not happy with that!

I needed a handy vacuum for the basement. Something easy to use and light weight. I got that in my Shark. I didn't want cordless. And the no bags feature seems to work fine.

Useless vacuum

Bought this bc my husband was no willing to pay for a Dyson. This is why you get what you pay for, the click that hold the trash in the bin was constantly opening up therefore everything is vacuum would fall out causing me to work twice as hard. It doesn’t suction very well. Overall it’s garbage.

SO many attachments!

I've had this for about 2 years and I rave to everyone about this vacuum. There are different attachments for carpets and floors. I never sweep anymore! Easy to empty and the cord is long! Very light-weight and sleek looking. Comes with something to hang it on the wall. No vacuum bags necessary!! 2 years later and it works like new. I also have long hair and it did get caught in the bottom but it's easy to cut out and works like new again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
