Motor for Roller Stopped working after only 5 mont

Roller no longer spins - appears the motor has burnt out. Very top heavy - not sure where to get this repaired. Won't purchase another vacuum of this brand.

The worse sweeper I have ever had, Too heavy, hard to operate while sweeping, can't remove debris cup to empty, no way to stand while not operating have to prop against something, If it didn't cost so much, I would throw it in the trash. I have a sharp navigator and love it. This can't compare.

I purchased this vacuum 5 months ago and I am very pleased with it. I have pets and am remodeling my home and it does a great job picking up after each. Be sure to clean out the filter as directed. It is light and can be used daily. The only thing negative is that I have to prop it or lay it down. It does not stand freely on its own.

I bought this for myself as a Christmas gift. I had an upright vac for about 12 years. At first this one was ok. Def top heavy, you can’t leave it up right to pick up anything or for storage. Must be hung. First Huge drawback for me. 3 kids and a dog and I can’t let go of the vacuum bc it will fall over. second it is insanely loud for a small vac. The bissell vacuum I had made half the noise and had 4x the canister space. I like the long piece to reach ceiling corners. It would be nice if they included a storage piece to hold the attachments and keep everything together and organized. The plastic hanger piece was flimsy and broke the firs two months I had it and had to rig up one for that too. It does a good job picking everything up and I like that the sides of the main attachment are open and I am able to clean along the baseboards without much effort. I would not purchase this product again. I’m looking for a new vacuum again and this one will prob retire to become the basement vac. Which stinks. This vacuum does a good job cleaning, but the quality of the rest of it is disappointing.

I purchased this in December and I have purchased other shark products and I have to say I am very disappointed in this product. It doesn't pick up well at all and doesn't get edges and corners clean at all. Maybe it's for the house that has only one person who stays gone and the house never gets dust or any kind of dirt in it. I liked my other Shark which is a larger machine but bit the dust. This one is lightweight and easy to get out everyday but the suction is poor.
