Worst vacuum ever !!

I purchased a Shark Rocket stick vacuum from a local retail store about a month ago, and I'm very disappointed ! The vacuum is very loud, suction hose gets plugged up frequently and requires taking it all apart for cleaning which is an inconvenience and time consuming. I have difficulty getting the screws loose and removing the bottom of the vacuum so that I can clean the hose and rotating brush. This vacuum is two thumbs down for me !!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

How and why after two years now the cord twists constantly, as soon as I start to use the vacuum which still works great, the cord is a twisted not..

I've owned this vaccuum for years and it is small, lightweight, but powerful. We use it as a whole-house vac. When our household split, I bought another. The price is right as well.

i have owned 3 of this kind of vacuum they all have the same problem with the flex hose cracking and breaking apart. Shark is supposed to send me a new one but its been weeks and it hasnt arrived. I have another one to send back for replacement if that one gets here. Ive also got 3 shark steamers that we love they work great. Over-all shark is a great machine they just need to do something about the flex hose.

Long time fan of Shark Vacuums until today. My girlfriend was using mine and out of nowhere it sparked and smoked. It almost caught our rug on fire if I wasn’t there to stomp it out. For years I told everyone to go out and buy Sharks, now I will be telling
them to get rid of them if they don’t want their house to burn down!

We brought home a golden retriever puppy and knew we needed the big guns of vacuums for his shedding. This light-weight vacuum was perfect for maneuvering around the house and vacuuming hard to reach places. Would highly recommend.

I bought this a month ago and I'm am not pleased with it at all. The bottom lifts up as you are vacuuming. Heavy on one end. Not to happy with it at all. It's not as good as it looked. Definetly won't buy again.
