Help! I’m melting.

As with dons review- we bought 2 boxes last year and the tops are disintegrating also. (Like turning into powder)I believe the plastic used in the wicker is far more inferior than the woman who says she’s had hers for 10 years.
I reached out to Crosley and they said we were outside the 1 year warranty period. Also they recommended we cover them when not in use. So does this mean Crosley is aware these boxes are sun sensitive? I think so folks. I believe everyone who bought these boxes the past 3 years is in the same predicament- they are disintegrating because of global warming!!!
Any class action lawyers out there?

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If they aren't followed properly, the furniture may not hold up as long as it could otherwise. Keep in mind, we do have parts available for purchase for our current units. Lasts 2 years before falling apart.

After owning this storage box for a couple years, the top started to come apart due to sun exposure. I purchased a replacement top from the manufacturer, but it too failed after 2 years due to sun exposure. They have now increased the price of a replacement top to the point where it is more economical (and easier) to buy a new storage box from another company. So plan on a 2-year life for this product if it will be in the sun.

I have had this exact storage bin for 8 years. It has held up great especially considering it has been outside the whole time. I am going to buy another one since mine is starting to look pretty warn

Purchased 2 years ago and without plastic storage bins, placed inside contents get wet. The wicker lid is falling apart, meaning wicker is decaying from outdoor/sun exposure.
