It monitors your heart rate, oxygen levels, body temperature, and can even take an ECG that is reviewed. All of the information and numbers can synchronize with your phone, and it gives explanation for what the numbers are. I love that. It also tracks period cycles! And an added bonus, you can get your phone notifications to the watch, only wish I could reply to those notifications on the watch! Maybe next one!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This watch is more stylish than your average smartwatch however, I won’t be swapping it for everyday use with my apple watch or garmin anytime soon. Pros: the watch and band are comfortable and lightweight. I have a small wrist and didn’t feel it was too large for me. It looks a lot nicer than most smartwatches so would be good for wearing in dressier occasions. It tracks steps, temperature, heart rate, sleep and ECG. The battery life is also great and lasts multiple days without a charge. Cons: I found some of the tracking to be inaccurate. It only tracked 18 minutes of my sleep when I slept for over 8 hours. I also could not get the oxygen saturation feature to work, it kept coming up inconclusive for me. The dial to scroll through the digital screen was also a little sticky and would either not scroll enough or scroll too much. Overall, it is a nice watch for someone looking for a more fashionable smartwatch however, I enjoy the data I get from my Garmin much more.
