[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture Quality is good. I came from C1 and can definitely see a huge improvement with the C5. Also love the new remote that they got. AI Upscaling also works surprisingly well, bringing older content to life on this big TV.

Hi, Kevin. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your LG TV! It’s great to hear how much of a leap the C5 feels coming from the C1—those picture upgrades, the refreshed remote, and the AI Upscaling really do bring everything together in a big way. Enjoy the elevated viewing experience on your new screen. For more feedback or questions, please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. Thanks for choosing LG! #LifesGood ^James
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros:
It's an amazing looking TV. This is my 3rd LG OLED and they never let me down when it comes to picture quality. It's just stunning. The 83 inch was a lot lighter than I thought it would be, so that was a plus when mounting it to the wall.
Cons:
The remote is 2/5. They are going with a minimalist approach, pushing AI and ThinQ for your interactions with the TV. Please LG, if your going to go minimalist on the remote, include a play and pause button. The wheel button has been problematic to start and stop play in some streaming applications (Paramount+ comes to mind). I don't need dedicated streaming service buttons. What I really miss is a play, pause, and mute button. The holding down the volume to mute is just annoying and not intuitive.
The bloatware and advertisements on the WebOS has been getting more and more invasive. LG does a decent job of letting you disable a lot of the advertisements, but I wish I could remove the apps that come preinstalled.
The AI features are not impressive so far. I haven't found any of it useful, yet.
Conclusion:
Overall, I love the TV even with the regression in the new remote design and WebOS drawbacks.

Hi, Jaybles. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your LG TV. We really appreciate the balanced breakdown — it’s awesome to hear that your third LG OLED is still delivering that stunning picture quality you’ve come to expect, and that the lighter 83" made wall‑mounting a breeze. Rich colors and deep black make it extremely vivid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The contrast of the rich colors and the deep blacks make the viewing experience extremely vivid. The smart features are very convenient and make hands free controlling your television easy with Amazon Alexa. It came with a free LG sound bar so the overall sound quality of the setup is excellent. My previous 70 inch LG was 10-20 lbs heavier due to being older and thicker. The new OLED 77 inch C5 is razor thin and awesome looking when wall mounted which was so easy due it being so light. The glass screen seems sturdier than the old LCD technology soft screen. I was still very scared to handle it while wall mounting it due to it being so thin but it installed great.

Hello. Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your LG TV. Love the way you described that vivid picture, hands‑free convenience, and the sweet bonus of the LG sound bar — that’s a home‑theater glow‑up right there. And yes, that razor‑thin 77" C5 can look intimidating during installation, but it sounds like you handled it like a pro and now get to enjoy the stunning result on your wall. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this TV! Has an incredible picture — deep blacks, super vibrant colors, and everything just looks sharp and cinematic. Movies and shows feel immersive, and sports look smooth with no motion issues.
Setup was easy, the TV looks sleek on the wall, and the smart interface is fast and intuitive. Gaming is also fantastic with low input lag and great responsiveness. It’s a big upgrade from LED TVs and totally transforms the living room experience.
Expensive, but worth it if you want top-tier picture quality and a premium feel. Highly recommend.
