Not as cool as I hoped!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the concept of this product and I absolutely wanted to love the product itself but unfortunately this wasn't the case. The cam was supposed to be on a continuous loop so that it would record over itself and start from the beginning once the card was full. This was not the case and it came up with a message after a few days that the memory card was full so it did not erase and start over from the beginning. Other than that it really was a cool concept especially since it had a dual view as it recorded from both sides so you could see the people in the vehicle and then the road ahead on the other view. I think this would be great for showing proof of accidents showing who was at fault and things like that. It just needs to get the kinks worked out and not come up with the memory card full glitch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Well worth having for every vehicle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave one of these to my son, about a month later he was rear ended. While the video was facing forward it did record that my son was at a full stop for about 20 seconds at a stop sign waiting for traffic to open. He attached the video to his insurance claim and they greed he was not at fault. I think these should be a factory option, until they are the Armorall Dash cam is a simple and quality option . The plug in allows you to easily move it to any vehicle needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It was easy to install, was able to install above my rearview camera.
Packaging was OK.
Remember to order a micro SD card, it does not come with one.

OK for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the picture is not the greatest although it will work. The battery life is not the greatest but you can have it plugged in while in use. The amount of settings is crazy and I feel like things now a day need to be more plug and play, I would have rather been able to take it out of the box turn it on and start driving
