Clunky interface. Wrong time zone on Alerts

Our daughter likes the watch. It is nice to be able to track but neither we or Garmin engineers have been change the time stamp on the alerts from the watch. So anytime it sends an alert, (ex, she left school at xx:xx) the time is one hour ago. We have spoke to others who don’t have this problem yet they cannot fix this one, nor offered to replace it.

I bought this for my son so we are able to communicate with him when he plays outside with his friends. He is 8 yo and too young to have a phone in my opinion. This watch is hard to misplace since it’s on his wrist compared to a phone. The watch has all the essential features that we need to communicate with my son and gives us a peace of mind knowing where he is at all times.
We love all the features of this watch! Still figuring something’s out but all exciting for my 10 year old. The only downfall is even though my phone gets great service some times the watch isn’t registering it and it gets hung up with messages.
I can locate my twin boys See their exercises time, send voice notes and they can reply with short answers and emojis, ser their battery charge we love it so far
Bought two of these for my kids as they are starting to “explore” and visit friends on their bikes. The app can be janky/buggy at times but there is a great piece of mind in knowing we (parents) can track them and they contact us if something comes up. The watches are “smart” but not too smart which is awesome. No desire for my kids to be knee deep in the viper pit that is social media. Have only had one issue with tracking a child which was quickly resolved with an app reboot. Overall I’d recommend the watch to any parent whose child is becoming more independent but is way to young for something like an Apple Watch or any “smarter” watch
We bought a purple band bounce for our 8 yr old daughter. It is really cute and pretty easy to use. I went for Garmin due to battery life and durability. I have a Garmin and thought it’d be neat to share our activities. It is a great little watch with GPS. What I don’t like- I wish the watch could do a free text. They can only choose a pre-built text or a voice message. I thought it would have more options to call and/or reach out to anyone. However, that’s not the case. You must have the Garmin Jr app to communicate with the bounce device. Overall the watch is great- just wish it had more features. We’ll upgrade to a phone in a few years since this won’t meet that need.
We have had it about a month now. It is a nice device and does what I need it to do. I wish I could call and talk to him/he could call me instead of just text. The tracking is ok but delayed. I thought it would be more like life 360 style. Overall good, durable, easy to use. When if breaks, will I buy another one? Probably not.

We got both the kids a bounce and they love tracking their activities and chores on them. We love that we can message them and know where they are at all the time. I would definitely recommend these for anyone looking for a fun watch and piece of mind with their kids.
