If you plan on spending $250 every 13 months, this is the watch for you!
If you want lame customer service with no real answers other than a discount instead of repairs, this is the watch for you!
So disappointed in the product and the warranty offered. I will not recommend this product to anyone.

I truly loved my Fitbit until it fell off

I loved my versa 3 but the band was giving me skin irritation- which is just my over-sensitive skin. So I ordered new bands of all sorts from Amazon to find something that wouldn’t cause the irritation. I took it out in a new band with the dog and he likes to run out of the blue, which was enough to send my watch flying off. It hit the sidewalk and cracked the screen. It can’t be fixed. No one anywhere fixes these things. It stopped working completely as soon as I took it off in a steamy bathroom, as the moisture was fatal with the cracked screen.
After only 4 months of use, I was devastated that it couldn’t just have a screen replaced. So it’s in the garbage now. Very devastated to learn that Apple Watch screens can be replaced but not Fitbit; cause I preferred my Fitbit. Fitbit has offered me 35% off a watch off their site due to my watch being so new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fitbit watches last maximum a year.
I have had 4 different fitbit watches.

Not the best product at all

I chose the Versa 3, two years ago because for once i told myself i don’t need the pricey Apple Watch. Here are my observations
- Bad connection with iphone, if i don’t manually open fitbit app, no data is « pushed ». Phone calls and txt msgs not always showing up.
- GPS sends wrong distances. Over the last 2 years, thousands of kilometres, the distance almost never match the trails i did
- Battery is good
- No cross country skiing in the exercises

Waste of money, i have to buy another watch as it’s not accomplishing what it’s supposed to

Heart rate not accurate

When working out on the treadmill at the gym, the heart rate will show 80bpm while the treadmill heart rate monitor is showing 160bpm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Smartwatch Until It Died

I got one of these phones two years ago for Christmas. It died exactly 2 years and 2 days after I got. I brought it in to see what was wrong with it only to discover the internal battery was shot. Unfortunately, the battery is sealed and it can’t be replaced (how convenient), so basically it’s a throw away product. I was also told the average lifespan of a Fitbit is 2-3 years. I’m not impressed. My advice : if you’re going to buy a Fitbit product you better purchase an extended warranty to go with it. Otherwise, buy a smartwatch with a better reliability record.
