Not meeting expectations

Reading the Band 5 is near impossible (or worse) in many outside lighting situations. Instructions are poor and it is not intuitive. App continually disconnects blue tooth from band.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I am a 74-year-old lady. Took me a bit to get it up and going. I mainly bought it for the oxygen reading capability. I am disappointed to find that I must be still for the oxygen reading to function. I was expecting it to run continuously so I’m disappointed. Lots of other things to learn. Just wanted to share my thoughts about the O2. I’m excited to try the sleep app.
