The watch advertises to hold the charge up to 5 days usually electronics hold true for that for at least a year of use. The battery life really last up to 3days realistically unless you choose to not have any notification i can see why it'll hold charge up to 5 days. It's not bad for a non apple watch being connected to an iPhone. I like the functionality it brings to track your period, you don't get that everyday with your typical smart watch. Also really like the tagline for this watch "watch made by women for women"

When my Fitbit wouldn’t hold a charge I knew I was ready for a step up! The Lily seemed to fit my needs. With more bells and whistles than I’ll ever need, the Lily face choices allow me to see all the information I want to see! I love the fact that my information is hidden!

I’ve had my Lily for maybe 2 years now. I love the step tracker, heart rate, hydration monitor, blood pressure, etc. I’m very satisfied with my device. I like it better than Fitbit.

I love my Garmin! It is so easy to customize and it looks so fashionable! I've had many compliments on it, and people are always surprised to find out the cost for so many options. I especially like the sleep app and the notices from my phone.
