I have had my new Lily for about 2 weeks and LOVE it. I wanted a somewhat feminine/non bulky tracking watch and this is very attractive. It is also MUCH easier to use with the little button you can press on the actual face of the watch.

Beautiful but frustrating

I hate that there is no "always on" feature. I have to turn my wrist to see the time, and when I do that there is a delay. If I'm sitting with arms folded and look down, it's not there. My last garmin had an always on feature. I hate that this one doesn't. Please update so it can always be on.

Classy and durable

I have had my sports lily for a while now. It is classy for the office but durable lifting and running. It has great functions and the battery lasts a week before I need to recharge, then charging only takes an hour!

After being a Fitbit customer for the past 10+ years I'm disappointed I didn't make the change to Garmin sooner! I have not needed customer service so I'm not sure about Garmins but I'd almost guarantee you it's 100% better than Fitbits!! Also was worried about the size on my wrist because I don't like bulky and I have no problems with the size.
