Great except…

As a watch it works most of the time. When I tried to use the fitness aspects outdoors however, it stops a few minutes into the workout.

Small, lots of features, and Pretty

This watch had all the features I was looking for but not as expensive as some of the other garmin watches. I was pleasantly suprised at how small this watch was and how pretty the color is. It is small enough that it is comfortable when sleeping. Very happy with this watch please dont discontinue.

Great device with a huge problem

Love the device, but there is a firmware problem that makes the screen lock up 1-2 times a week. Garmin does not yet have a firmware update to fix this. Incledibly frustrating.

Pretty - But that’s It

Unfortunately, this is the first Garmin device that I’ve had to return. The screen turned off on its own during outdoor activity (whether recording or not). I had to plug in to turn back on. Inconvenient. It also disconnected from my phone often. It looked so nice and I really wanted it to work out.

Easy to keep track of fitness goals

I love this watch! I bought the Lily to replace my vivosmart4 that I had (my brother's dog chewed it to bits in under 3 mins). I love that you can change the band if you want to, and the ease of usage is amazing!!! The battery drains faster if you have a bunch of text messages and emails come through it, other than that I have no complaints. The color is better in person (I got the orchid color one)

Just ok

This is my 3rd Garmin. I was excited to finally have a smaller face watch. I am however disappointed with how difficult it is to use! I lift weights and loved that I could keep track of weight amount and sets on the vivo version. The watch screen is touchy and I seem to spend more time tapping to get it to register. The charger is a clip that must be positioned just right. Generally I keep my watches for 3 years. I can't see this happening with this one.

Great features, when it works.

I bought this watch a couple of weeks ago. I was excited about the features that it advertised, and I loved the look. When the watch arrived, I was not disappointed by the look and the easy setup to connect it to my phone! I started exploring some of the options, and I was extremely happy with my purchase.
However, a couple of days in, I tried to use the activity feature for the first time when walking around a track with my family. The watch seemed to die within seconds of starting the activity. However, I knew the battery was getting low, so I figured that was the issue. The next day, while sitting at my desk at work, it incorrectly auto-detected activity 3 times in a row. I stopped it each time, and within an hour of that, the watch notified me of an update needing to take place. I assumed that fixed the problem. However, it hasn't. I have tried the walk, run, and hike activities, and each time, the watch face goes dead and it stops counting steps. I have noticed that it will still record the activity in time and distance, but not even being able to see the time while I'm exercising is very disappointing and makes the watch pretty much pointless. I read that if you turn off the auto detection it would still record steps and distance, but that hasn't worked either. I can start walking quickly, and within 30 seconds, the screen has gone blank and is unresponsive.
I know Garmin is aware of the issue as there is a post that says they are working on a fix. As of now, the temporary solution is to plug the watch up to the charger and it reboots. However the fix is extremely inconvenient and not very timely. Without knowing a time frame for said fix, it makes it difficult to continue to wait on the watch to be as great as I know it can be! I really like the watch, but without basic function, it isn't worth the money to hold out on a fix. As of right now, I plan to return it and perhaps purchase it again after the issue is resolved.

I love my new Garmin Lily, just wish more replacement bands were available. I sometimes have skin issues from silicone.
