GPU was sagged upon arrival and prevented any signal from reaching the monitor. I didn't know where the source of this problem came from at first, nor did I know how to resolve it. I was greatly worried that I just got scammed with a defective product, which gave me a huge panic attack considering the price I spent on this PC. I was able to resolve this after spending some time looking up several different possible solutions online. It was only after I stayed up all night, that I found out the issue was with the GPU. Someone much more experienced with PCs might just scoff at this problem, but it was immensely stressful as someone who didn't have much experience with PCs. There was an also an issue with the RGB button for the fans not being connected at all to the LED hub. This was only a slight annoyance at worst, as it left me with a constant green color on the fans that I couldn't change, as both the button and RGB software weren't working for it. But this issue did reinforce the fear that I had gotten a defective product. I was able to resolve this problem a couple weeks later when I stumbled upon an online post detailing LED hubs and then noticed which cable was missing from the LED chip in the back. While these issues might seem minor to people experienced with PCs, it was a horrible reception for an unfamiliar and fresh customer. Thankfully, the PC seems to work well enough, but I do think there needs to be a review in the company's quality control.

Some of the rgb doesn't work, could've gotten disconnected in shipping but i dont need those. Its two fans out of 9, and the display on the aio doesn't light up, but I never cared about the rgb or display at all. PC works just fine, good temps, good performance.

This is a great upgrade to my ten year old cyberpower. The IT guy who hooked it up for me was very impressed, calling it a gaming beast and approved of all the components in computer. Thanks

System exceeds expectations. LED connection to the front panel switch was disconnected on arrival but it was an easy fix on my end.

The sockets for the CPU cooler and pump were swapped, causing some high fan noise. Was able to get them swapped around, but otherwise has been pretty great. Parts used all seem to be high quality.
