I like the headphones a lot, build quality, sounds and comfort are all great. But I find that long hair can have some odd interactions with the fit and wearing them with a good down can be slightly annoying. Overall great headphones would but again
I love Shocks, this is my third pair. One thing I wish could happen is they could be connected to two devices at once, meaning connected to the laptop and phone some could take a call without disconnecting from laptop first
Great headphones, overall these are the best out there IMHO. I'll never use in-the-ear style again. Pricy but the quality is worth it. When they are on your head they stay put, making them almost impossible to loose, and being able to still hear your surroundings while listening makes these Shokz fantastic!
Imo, Shokz Open Run Pro - the first one, without the additional speaker is something I think shouldve been stuck closer too.
The sound quality in the Shokz ORP2 is better, but truthfully I didnt buy them for quality. Bond Conduction isn't supposed to sound good, but be heard in even factory settings.
Like the V1, I got that working at Woodford Manu in CO Springs. Loud, noisy factory that the V1s would work in. I don't think the V2 would have.
I have been purchasing Shokz for quite a few years. I didn’t purchase them for exercising though. I purchased four Shokz for the reason that I listen to a lot of audiobooks AND working on my craft projects at the same time I love all of my Shokz and am just beginning to use each one for a specific job. I still have three Shokz that works…and I love every one of them. I’ve tried other brands of headphones and haven’t found one to match the superiority of Shokz.
Sizing is determined by hair. I'm a small woman, but when I put my thick hair in a French braid to go for a run, that fills a standard headphone. However, if my hair was in a top knot so that it was flat to the scull behind my ears, mini would fit. . . I like the EQ modes, bass boost really lift my run. My only quibble is that I wish the headphones announced what EQ mode I was in so I didn't have to download and look at an app (the only thing I've used the app for).
