This is my second pair. The first ones were great for a while, but now the on/off button doesn't work. I bought these to replace them. The sound is great on them. I hope these last.

I’m a returning customer. I’ve owned a pair of Shokz for 5 years. I used them often but not daily. I recently broke them. My fault. Full disclosure; Don’t throw them against the wall during a temper tantrum.
So, moving on. I almost just replaced the pair I broke until I read the new ones have reduced vibration. That was super critical for me. So, I opted for the new set to be the Open Run 2. AMAZING!
The first thing I noticed is they felt heavier out of the box. Which worried me until I put them on. They are balanced so well that as soon as they lay on my ears, I couldn’t believe how much lighter they felt wearing them over the previous version. The next thing I noticed was the sound quality is vastly improved. I noticed this immediately. And finally which is huge for me, the vibration is virtually non existent. At least to the volume level I use them at. I feel no vibration at all. Each factor alone was a good reason for an upgrade. Combining the three factors is a grand slam. And now, I use them almost everyday.

One of the things I love most about these headphones is how comfortable they are! Barely feels like you're wearing anything. The sound quality is great, the volume goes up as loud as traditional headphone and the sound is very clear.

I currently have Bower&Wilkins, Bang& Olufsen, and Apple AirPod 3 Pro. These fill a great niche I knew I needed, something that I could ruck at night safely (able to hear traffic), didn’t get earwax all over them, and still had reasonable sound quality. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Bigger size than expected

when you cant change the size and have them lock in on your ears, the sound is not as strong but the quality is better than the past ones, i got them as a gift for somebody, but i think she is sticking to the first ones, which are small size
