YouTube Made Me Believe I’d Be Hotter & Nip Out
on October 27, 2026

The YouTube ad is what got me to impulsively buy a pair. The female in the ad (that was slammed down my throat 5-8 times per day) had a rockin bod and was gorgeous and nippin out in every shot. So I figured if I bought a pair and wore them, I too would look extra sexy and nip out and others would notice I’m sexy. But I was wrong. At 390 lbs, I’m still getting fat shamed and my nips are soft.

These are the best option that I know about

I own two Shokz products. I really like the Openfit 2's. The sound range is very good, made better when adjusted in the app. I recently got the OpenRun Pro 2's to use at work. They don't sound as full as the Open fits but they are still pretty good for a headset that does not go in or over the ears. I use them for online meetings and also to listen to music when I'm just working at my computer. I also chose the OpenRuns because it has the loop around the back which makes it harder to misplace them. I can see myself using these if I was to go for a run or biking.
I hardly use the buttons on the OpenRuns. The buttons are harder to use when wearing them. I only press the on/off button.
I've also noticed the shorter use time per use compared to the OpenFit headphones.

Excellent alternative to standard wireless ear pods.

I was referred to Shokz by a friend. He was an avid cyclist and swore by his OpenRun Pro 2 headphones. I’ve been on the fence purchasing a bone conduction headphone. Quality and fit my were my main concerns. I went ahead and purchased a set and extremely happy with my decision. Quality of sound, headphone fit and ease of wearing them are all great. They are now the only headphones I use during my workouts and general listening sessions. Well worth the investment for a quality set of headphones.

Still the best I've found but with daily use they wear out too quickly with the current design (on my third)

I really enjoyed my open run pros but after a lot of use over the past couple years it was time for an upgrade. The open run pro 2's have not disappointed. Sound level is great and the bass improvement is amazing. Would definitely recommend. I've already ran one marathon with these and it's like they're not even there.

I was introduced to these by a relative after getting hearing aids. It's the perfect solution and the quality of sound is top notch.

Fantastic Sound

I had a pair of open ear headphones given to me by a friend. They were ok, but not great. My Shokz beat the socks off of them! Very comfortable, outstanding battery life, and excellent sound! The ability to customize the sound with the app is an unexpected bonus. Looking forward to many years of open ear listening with these.
