Great improvement

Having the previous version I would say these are a much needed improvement. The sound quality is a huge upgrade in itself. The bass is better without the vibration. The voices from the music do not sound tinny any more and have more density. Would have loved to keep them but they are currently to pricey to warrant the necessary upgrade from my previous ones. Will probably secure one later down the line.

I would love to give 5 stars based on my end of the experience. Extremely comfortable, I were them ALL day with no discomfort and the sound on these are much better than previous versions(I own almost every one). The open ear is vital for me when working and the only issues I ever had with previous versions was the vibration and poor sound quality of the lows. These solve both problems. Now for the reason I am only giving 2 stars is the mic. Whoever I am talking to says they can't understand me, and that the my voice is muffled. Previous versions never had that issue. I'm hoping this is something that will get fixed with an update(I know it's not this pair because I bought 4) but for now I have to take my phone off bluetooth to have a conversation which kind of defeats the purpose of bluetooth headsets. If it can be fixed this thing would get 10 starts from me.

In the past they have always been great. This pair is not loud enough. Not sure if the band is not tight enough or if speaker is not loud enough.

I love them! They afford the liberty of working and listening to music and/or talking in the phone without a whole lot of distraction. If I had to complain about anything I’d say one more size down, maybe half an inch less in length at most would be great, some of us have child sized heads.

Didn't think they could improve on the open run. But they did! Mini fit me perfectly! The battery life and sound qualities are much improved! Only thing I dislike is they went to back the regular c type charger instead of the magnetic charger.

Great volume and so far the battery seems to last a long time. I’m a little disappointed in the vocal pickup. People have complained it’s hard to hear. But it’s for music mostly.
