They are just ok. I bought them for the fact that they were advertised ad being really good quality for speaking on the phone while running. I normally wear skull candy and they are very comparable in quality for phone calls. Nothing extravagant or really worth the price. Also, I bought these the very first day they came out and received no "gift package".

I had the pervious headset and loved them. I have major, untreatable hearing loss in my left ear. The bone conduction technology allows me to hear much better. The Pro 2 improves upon the original, providing a noticeably better experience. Thanks for making such a good quality product.

Love shokz just not these

I have owned every version of shokz so far and I am a fan of shokz. I don't like these at all. They are too loose even though they are almost the same size as the others before. It could be the extra added weight that makes them lose and not for correct. The sounds was bad with bass it drowned the music out and there was no added Incentive to upgrade from the run pro. In voice mode the voices were very hollow and low even with the sound all the way up. I was disappointed for the first time with this upgrade. The sound overall is also low even at the max volume

Always My Go-To Headset

This is probably my 4th or 5th pair of Shokz. I had wired ones, I have the Opto-shokz sunglasses, the Swimming pair. I LOVE that this pair went to a standard USB-C charging port. I HATE the little rubber piece over it. After struggling to pull the little rubber cover out of the way so I could charge my headset 3 or 4 nights in a row, I ended up pulling the charging port cover off entirely. It needs a slightly larger tag on it to allow you to more easily uncover the charging port. That was my ONLY gripe about these. Otherwise, they are amazing.

I recently recieved the latest Shokz OpenRun 2 headseat and I love them. The is a bit of a trade off as the overall volume seems a bit lower however the sound quality is improved. That aside, it contains many of the features we've come to love about the Shokz brand. They are comfortable to wear, easy to use, and very sleek-looking. The new app, provides a handy interface where you can manage many of the options and settings that the headset offers; this aids in the improved user-friendlyness as you no longer have to try and rememeber various button combinations for things like multi-point pairing and eualizer settings.

All changes made to OpenRun Pro2 from fit, USB-C charging, and sound are excellent upgrades to the OpenRun Pro and make this a great headset. Still having problems pairing with only one of my mobile devices but hope that it gets addressed with future firmware upgrade.

New design fixes only flaw

I’ve used about every version of the Open ear concept. Was excited to get these to try them out. I primarily ride with them and it’s generally audio books and podcast, so audio quality isn’t drastically different from my Open Run Pro. What is absolutely fantastic is the change to USB-C charging. 100% worth the change for that reason alone. No more proprietary magnetic charger. Also as USB-C is pretty universally accepted now…you can charge them just about anywhere.
