No More Headaches

I was really bummed when my pair of OpenRun headphones stopped working just beyond the warranty period. I have adopted Shokz into my daily work routine. There are days between work and a run I could have my headphones on for over 12 hours in single a day. It made working in the field, taking phone calls, listening to podcasts or music so much safer but it came at a little price. After wearing them for so long each day I used to get headaches with my old OpenRun headphones. With the lower clamping force of the new OpenRun Pro 2 version, these have gone away. I do miss the sleek design of the older version. I felt like they blended into my beard more and were significantly less noticeable. I get more questions about what I am wearing now with the new Pro 2 version since the are a little more noticeable and there are times that makes me feel like I am not as professional as I would like to be and have found myself removing them more throughout the day when meeting with different individuals.

We now are using the new Shokz Pro and are super happy. The new phone feature of no mouthpiece is a great update. Open ear music means we can use our earplugs when running the machinery and still listen to music.

Poor controls, weird head feeling

I've used Shokz for years and love my OpenComms. These however feel different in a way that is uncomfortable. Also the button controls are frustrating and can't be configured in a meaningful way.

I purchased these thru the Try Me First program. I really like these and they work very well for all that I need them to do for me, my work, and recreation. I have been recommending them to friends. I appreciate not having buds in my ears, now, more than ever. Well done Shokz team.

These new pro headphones are

These new pro headphones are better than the older model I’ve had for about 5-6 years. The ear loop is higher as this is not completely resting on my ear especially when I have sunglasses on. The sound is MUCH better. KUDOS! I haven’t tried a phone call yet so I don’t know about that quality. I am able to hear directions from google maps and it doesn’t shut my music off. I did have to set some settings on my iPhone 14 Pro for this and it seems to stay.
But the quality of these are 100% better!

VERY happy with my Shokz OpenRun Pro 2. They sound GREAT! I was very surprised. These are my first bone conducting headphones. I normally prefer Bose audio for decades. But, my QC25 headphones make my ears sweat on my walks and are very bulky in my personal item bag on airplanes.
They are comfortable and very lightweight. I've used them for about a month. They've never even came close to falling off.
I like being able to listen to my music privately and have a conversation with others. You can also turn them up so loud that they drown out other sounds as well.
Ear buds just won't stay in my ears. I wanted something very portable that I can use on airplanes, taking my walks and shopping.
They come in a nice case with a 6" usb C charging cable. The only thing I wish was different... the case could be a bit smaller. An inch is premium space for airline personal item bags. However, the case is about 1/4 the size of the Bose case.
YES! I'd recommend these to anyone especially for use when active.
