Sound is great, comfort is great. They are just a little too big for my head. If I am laying down on my left side, I often accidentally hit the pause/play/call button. If I lay on my back they move forward too much. Sitting up, EXCELLENT.
Overall they are better than my open runs that i got 4 or 5 years ago. However the open runs had better grip and were tighter than these OpenRun pro 2's.
The OpenRun pro 2's definitely sound better. They are crisper and have a bit of bass to them. Only thing that would make them better is if they weren't constantly sliding around.
I like how they stay in place, but when I’m running next to any traffic (even one car passing by) it drowns out the music/podcast. Even at full volume, I cannot hear over the sound of a passing car. Some of my runs involve 1-2 miles that is adjacent to a busy road. I find it very hard to hear anything and it results in having to stop, get out my phone, then search back to the point where I last heard the podcast. It’s been a challenge.
Great Sound, But I Have to Crank the Volume Up Outdoors

The headphones sound great. The only issue for me has been getting used to having my ear open to hear street noise. I have to turn the sound way up on my headphones to be able to hear my audio over the street noise. Also, I wish they fit a little more snugly so that I could get them right in the sweet spot for best audio. I'm wondering if I should have gotten the smaller version.
Great improvement in sound quality for the old model. Better around my head and comfortable but I find when I wear them for a long time the cut into my ear where they hoop around. But overall they have been very good and I do recommend them.
Great Sound That Allows Listening To What's Around You

My Shokz Open Run Pro 2 bone conduction bluetooth headphones are great. I can listen to tunes, podcasts, or public radio while on dog walks or while I'm biking. And with them on, I can still hear what's around me, which helps me keep safe while walking and biking.
