Received the generator in a nicely packaged box. Only a couple small visual defects, did not impact the function of the generator. Setup (assembly, adding oil, reading setup and start steps) only took about 15 minutes and was very simple. Overall a great product

Powerful and simple to use

I bought this to power my camper which requires a 50amp service due to 2 A/C units. This generator has no problem keeping them both running. Love the dual fuel feature as well.

Bought this earlier in month and had electrician come and put in switch panel to electrical box and generator plug on outside house so can use generator to run whole house. Love the propane option. Don't need to worry about stale gas or varnish in carb.

Generator battery was fully charged upon arrival. Hooked up propane tank, started immediately with remote. Also it is not as loud as some reviews stated. Very tolerable noise level .Looks to be of high quality. Very pleased with purchase.

Solid Generator

I have only had the generator for a short time so I cannot comment on its reliability but it appears to be a well built unit. It fired up first time on propane and has the features I need, such as 240volt output and remote start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The welded on bolts for the rubber feet were so misaligned they would not work. I had to chisel off the bolts, file the frame smooth, and install them with bolts I purchased. Poor quality control there. Most people would return the unit, unable to install the feet.
