Easy start up

Just opened it and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The quick start guide is very helpful. The user manual comes in English, Spanish and French. It is also very detailed and thorough. It even comes with a parts breakdown and electrical schematics. Overall very pleased with my purchase and I would buy again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quality Generator

After power outages last winter and expecting more this year we decided to purchase a portable generator.
After doing a lot of research and reading reviews I decided on the Wgen9500df and am really glad I did.
Shipping and delivery were great. Assembly and starting instructions were very clear and easily understandable. Filled it with gas and and pushed the start button , it took a couple of cranks and started right up. First thing I noticed was how steady it idled and it really isn't very loud. One very important thing to us is having power to pump our well. Our well is 485' deep with a 3hp 240v pump and also a 3/4 hp jet pump. No problem operating our well even with all lights and heat on in the house.

excellent home power backup

Just got this generator to have for backup during power outages. Am very satisfied with this product and researched quite a bit before choosing it. As an electrician for 45 years I have never had a better portable generator.

Generator arrived on time, easy to assemble, and with a manual that was clearly written. Started within 1 second of pushing the Start button. I expect to get many years of service from this generator.
