Bought this to hopefully only have to use it during times when you don’t really want to have to use it! After a freeze and hurricanes hitting our area, it was time to pull the trigger!

Perfect Generator for the house

I purchased this generator shortly after the Texas' ice storm and plan to use this generator to power the entire house (central AC included) during the hurricane season. Had the interlock installed and was amazed how easily the generator electric starter started up. Above all, it powered the entire house with ease on propane. My first generator and Highly recommended if you are looking for a stand alone generator for the house.

This is the second unit we have bought. One for the house and one down at the well house. Had a few questions regarding propane usage and customer service response was great ! Impressed! No buyers remorse here, solid equipment.

Great Generator

The product arrived on time in very good condition.
I did a good amount of searching and this generator has what I need to power my house including the AC of 3.5 Tons according to the specs, will be testing it and might be adding further comments.
I bought this generator a few days ago. Will be testing it within the next week.

Well built, easy assembly

Solid, well built, easy to maneuver. Duel fuel feature is just what I was looking for. Changing from propane to gas or gas to propane is a snap.

Bought this W9500DF generator on 08/29/2021 to replace a Smart Tools 7500W/9500W because we needed a more powerful generator to run just the basics in our home. Right of the box I could appreciate the quality and attention to detail about this generator. Initial assembly was a breeze, in less that 30 minutes I had completed assembly and the generator was ready for use. Compact footprint, easy access to all essential controls and parts, and how easy it is to operate. I did a 30 minutes test run using propane and I could immediately verify the qualities of this generator. Even on LPG, it ran all the basic appliances without effort, the power output was stable and the engine was not struggling at all. I was impressed by the lower noise level compared to the Smart Tools unit replaced. Excellent product!
