Did lots of research and believe this model and quality was the best bang for the buck. Very happy with it all so far. Very good quality, instructions, etc.

Worked great for 30 hrs

I want to love this generator but the motor seized up after roughly 30 hours of use and I have only had the product for 12 months. I changed the oil at the recommended break in period and followed all other guidelines according to the user manual. According to the manufacturer's warranty I have to pay to ship the unit back for repairs! Now that will be expensive and seems like a punishment to the consumer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy start with remote control

I order this generator on July 5th and it was delivered on July 8, very quickly.
Hooked up to propane tank and it started on first push of remote control button. I have not used it to generate power yet. I purchased this portable generator for emergency hurricane conditions.

Exactly as advertised

I just received my Generator and it was exactly what was advertised. Quick install of the wheels and support feet, add the oil, hooked up the battery and away she goes, fired right up. Looks and feels like it is very well constructed. Although I am not looking forward to an extended power outage, I am at least prepared for one now.

The electrician arrives Friday to install the connection at the circuit breaker box. This generator should be able to power the first floor of our house, winter or summer.
