Setup was easy, the push button start is AMAZING! Ran like a charm after about the 6th start, no problems at all. Strong enough to power the whole house, DEFINITELY worth the money!!!

Easy assembly, clear directions, on-time delivery, started on first crank. $250 cheaper than Duromax ordered at same time, and MUCH easier assembly and startup directions. Everything is better on the Wgen, even the handles. Powers whole house except a/c. Be aware that professional set up of interlock switch costs almost as much as the generator itself.

I appreciated that uncrating the generator was easy and that the generator started right up on the first try. The electrician that installed the Transfer Switch Kit was impressed at the capacity of the generator and the reasonable price.

I purchased this generator in January of 2021. It literally took minutes to put the wheels and foot-stands on, add the gas and oil and fire up for a test run. This model has the gasoline/propane option and remote start, perfect for the wife who can't bear the cold. My electrician supported my Westinghouse WGen9500DF purchase and assured me it would provide the necessary power when needed.
