Lots of great features for the money....

I have just received this generator and have only operated it for a 60 minute break-in. It fired up right out of the box, no hesitation at all using propane.
First off I would like to point out the quality that is built into this machine. The electric start is a great feature, and also including this really cool long distance key-chain remote to start and stop it from over 100 yards away. No need to weather the storm to stop or start your generator. Another great feature is the dual-fuel ability. this allows you to switch between gas or propane without even turning off the generator.
no more temporary blackouts while you change the type of fuel. Includes everything you will need to start it up, (Minus you fuel choice) including a wrench, spark-plug tool, funnel, pouch, propane hose and regulator assembly and even the 1-quart 1-ounce bottle of oil.
When this item arrived and was opened every thing was in perfect condition. The packaging was superior in protecting the unit. Assembly was amazingly simple and well thought-out. One of the first indicators of this machines quality is when you first lift the transporting handle to move it. It is a beefy handle with foam wrapping for comfort. The very well designed balance of this generator makes it effortless to more about. My wife can move it with little effort. The tires are large and the lift handle is strong, hefty and secure. O yeah.... the units resting feet have suction cups built-in to prevent the generator from creeping around while running on a smooth surface.
I can not wait to put the this machine to work....

Setup was very straightforward. Good instructions. Quieter than I thought it would be. Dual-fuel works fine...I tried both but will probably be using gasoline until it is hard-wired and then I'll plumb propane to the same location from our house tank. 2 minor issues: A hose was pressed against the choke lever when I unpackaged the unit. It wouldn't allow the automatic choke to close and the generator wouldn't start until I discovered the issue. It just needed to be bent out of the way. Also, the remote starter fob was clipped to the recoil start handle. I expected it in the wheel kit. Overall, an excellent value.

Unit is probably fine, it is just the battery

Unit looks fine but the battery will not take a charge. The battery was already hooked up when the unit arrived. Battery has been changing for over 24 hours and still no power to starter. What do I do?

I like all the options and also the pricing. Plus it is portable so I can use it to hook up my house or rv. I bought for the 50 amps as well. It will come in handy when I lose power in my house. …………………………..

Reviewing without operating the equipment

I just took this out of the box and put it together. I am giving it 4 stars without even running it one time. I did notice the included oil does not fill the oil reserve past the low indicator. I purchased such a large generator to hook up to a transfer switch and believe the dual fuel option is a necessity in Florida. I am in the process of reading through the manual to ensure longevity of the generator which seems easy enough to maintain. I am a bit leery of switching between propane and gas as I have read several reviews that included this issue. I am also interested in how the remote start will function. This may be a lemon so take my review as you wish.
