I purchased this to serve as a backup in case of power loss and am very pleased with product. Dual fuel is a big plus

Say Good-Bye to Texas February Blackouts!

I just received my Dual-Fuel W9500 Watt generator. The packaging was good and it was easy to assemble. Will have an electrician install an outlet and manual transfer switch to the electrical box this weekend and then run a load test... so far so good. I will leave another review once I get it operational and load test appliances and AC in the house.
Very happy to have the piece of mind my family won't be left in the dark and cold again during TX winters or be left suffocating in the heat should Houston lose power for an extended period during a hurricane. Best insurance policy I have ever bought!!
Will upgrade from 4 to 5 stars once everything is powered up!!

works better than expected

just received today put it together in about 5 minutes filled it with oil and gas gave a test run on my transfer switch for house ran everything beautifully and was quieter than i expected

Just received it today put it together already had a an electrician hook up a 30 amp for the house put the oil everything in it started it and it performed absolutely wonderfully ran the whole house without a problem

Does everything it says it does. It fired right up and its easy to use. Electrician connected this to our home breaker box in case of a power outage.

Great generator out the box started on the first pull. All functions worked properly getting pig tail installed to put it on a full load. But as of now the generator has been awesome.

Bought the Generator for home back up. Never know when the power is going to go out. The Dual Fuel option was necessary for me, as propane doesn't go bad. Haven't used it to power the house but tested it out with tools and worked just fine.
