WGen9500DFC HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The generator is easy to setup and runs like a workhorse it's started r8ght up on the first push start. An electrician ran 8 gage wire from the 50amp right into house main panel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far, I'm very impressed with my new 9500DFc generator. I just finally got an electrician to complete the wiring into my breaker box. We unpacked the generator, and it fired right up. Run very smooth and powered my entire house. We're so impressed and it gives us the peace of mind.
I would recommend this to a friend!

CO sensor problem

I bought this a couple months ago. It started when it was new however, now two months later, it will not start due to a CO lockout.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this generator one month ago. set it up as instructed and test ran engine and generator. all was good. Today a tried to start the engine for exercise sake and she would not start. Checked trouble shooting guide as prescribed and everything is as it should be. Starter works excellent but absolutely no fire. Calling Westinghouse today, hopefully they will be unlike other manufacturers and offer a solution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally needed it!

Yes I know this may be a little late, but...I purchased this generator in 11/2023. Did not even start it up once I brought it home. Then a year later and Helene hit the area I live in. Unboxed it, filled up the oil, charged the battery, put gas in, and she fired right up. She ran for nine days straight and I also had to switch it over to propane for a period also. It was a lifesaver indeed. I have all the confidence in Westinghouse craftsmanship and quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Normal living , grid out 4 days

Last ice storm knocked out power for 6 full days, ended up traveling 75 miles to hotel after second day ( freezing )
This time we were prepared ! Purchased a Westinghouse 9500DFc. So glad we did, this last storm / flood no power 4 days….no problem ! Hit the remote start and lights , heat, water and yes TV internet lights.
Even had neighbors stay over 2 nites.
Best investment you can make.
Oh and two fuel gave us confidence that we could last 10 days !!
