Bought it a month ago. Went through the texas winter storm and had no electricity for two days. With so many different generators and brands, I had to do my research. This model had a lot of positive reviews, which is the reason I bought it. So far I’m impressed. Great Product!!!

Power for the Price

I bought this generator 6 months ago, and it arrived by freight about 6 weeks later. It is a fairly hefty unit, but it has a great handle that helps give you the leverage you need to move it. Assembly from the box was pretty simple and mostly just involved the wheels and a couple connections.
This unit puts out lots of power. It is a bit noisy, but that is to be expected. I've only run it with Propane, as I don't want gas sitting in the fuel tank while not in use. It runs well and is easy to start. I love that you can charge the battery even while it is still installed in the unit. It has plenty of connections, including a 50Amp port, which is what I use to connect it to my house. Given the power load capabilities, it can pretty much power my whole house (1500 Sq ft).
The only possible improvemen I could imagine would be having the ability to switch between gas and propane on the fly (you have to shut off the generator to switch currently). But overall it is a fantastic unit, with exceptional power output for the price. It really isn't all that portable, so don't buy this as a camping unit. It is truly an emergency home power replacement, or maybe a larger job site power supply. And that's what it is made for. I'd highly recommend it.

Just received this generator right in time for hurricane season. So happy I went with the dual fuel option. I usually have plenty of propane on hand and will also use the gas portion if needed and the pumps are working. Nice knowing I do not have to store gas or have to leave gas in the tank to go bad. This should give me plenty of years of reliable use.
