Originally purchased June 2020 and loved it. Had an issue end of March '21 and company honored warranty and shipped me a new generator. Definitely recommend the unit plus appreciate the outstanding customer service. Thanks so much!

Lots of Power

This is my first generator purchase, and I was looking for one to power up my house. I have a 1 story 2000sqft home. After a lot of research, I decided on the WGen9500DF. Works prefect and the price wasn't outrages. I'm able to power the whole house straight from the generator. The next time power goes out in Texas, we're ready.

The product came on time. Well packaged with everything ready to go. It took me less than 30 mins to set the generator. Ready for use. Excited to see how it works.

I just received this unit this morning I bolted the wheels and legs on, filed engine with the included oil It started right away first try. I have used it to power a 220v two HP saw. Also used it with a small welder. No problems

Great product

I ordered the generator on 3/25/21 and received it on 3/27/21.
Unpacked it, read instruction on how to assemble. Within 45 minutes it was running on propane. It has its on toolkit to use when assembling.
I lost power for 7 days during Hurricane Ike.
I lost power for three day during the Texas ice storm this February. No more.
This generator will supply all the power I need in the future. I have had several generations and this is by far the easiest to put together and run. All the other generators ran on gas, this one will be running on propane!

Seems good, not enough run time to adequately eval

The generator seems to be good, but no real run time. The quick start instructions do not address some items like the fuel valve that lead to high level of frustration. You should not put out instructions is they are not accurate.

The best I've had

I bought this a few months ago but haven't used it until the recent ice storm. My power was out for nine days. This thing is a work horse. It powered my whole house. The only thing I didn't run was my heat pump. I have a woodstove for heat. It ran all lights, tvs, computers, kitchen stove and even the oven, Electric water heater and water pump.I was totally surprised at how powerful it is. The remote start is awesome too. Its very good on gas. On a lite load it lasted almost twelve hours on a tank. It is relatively quiet compared to my old one.I am beyond satisfied with it. Money well spent.
