Worth the Money

I bought this generator after a hard freeze and the loss of power. Unfortunately, I had damage to my pool and decided I'm not going to be without a generator again. After much reseach, I chose this Westinghouse WGen9500DF because of it's features and the fact that I can use propane or gas. Set up was easy. I have started the generator using propane and let it run for a few minutes. It ran fine. I have not started it on gas, but sure it will be fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Setup was breeze following the directions, fired up on the first try. My electrician hooked it up so we can power the whole house which is a 4 bedroom 2.5 story colonial. Everything came on that we tried and the generator hardly blinked. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Love the Key FOB!

I bought this after the "Big Freeze" in Texas Feb 2021. I love all of the features this generator brings with it. It has the Key FOB to start it with. It has the auto start feature, in case you want to buy the extra box and run the cables for that. You can even pull start it in case the onboard battery should happen do run down.
There is a meter on the side which gives you a read out of voltage, frequency and hours.
It was a breeze to set up once it got here. I just put the rear wheels on it, front feet and filled it with the included oil. They even gave you the funnel! I made a few final checks and then I was ready to go.

Great Purchase

This gives me peace of mind living on the unstable Texas power grid. Dual fuel is even better, as there have been gasoline shortages too. Delivery was smooth and on-time. Unboxing and assembly was uneventful. And the 9500DF starts up reliably and the noise level is bearable. Highly recommended.
