Best generator ever

It has a lot of power the support a house during the power outage without breaking bank, very portable and dual fuel option is awesome, I ran out of gasoline in the middle of the night and swapped to LPG tank which I can keep so many of them in my garage for years without any trouble and save the night. Noise not bad for that power output level, remote start is nice.

I’ve been wanting a dual fuel generator since hurricane zeta left us without power for 5 days. A friend of mine has the 9500df and is exactly what I need to power my house during power outages.

I took delivery of the generator three days ago. When I opened the box I noticed the wheel kit was missing. I called Westinghouse and clicked through the normal phone prompts, and was disconnected. I tried this several more times, and was again disconnected each time. I guess they don't answer the phone on Saturdays.
Upon further inspection of the generator box, I found the wheel kit was actually in the box. This was embarrassing. Nevertheless, I unboxed the generator and was quite impressed with the build quality. I was also impressed with the attention to detail Westinghouse had with everything, from the assembly process to the thorough owners manual.
After filling with oil and fuel, the engine fired up on the first try. Very impressed! Nice work guys. I hope my long-term impressions are as good as my initial ones.

Whole House Power for a Great Price!!

We bought this Generator about a month ago after Texas had its massive power failure. Not wanting our family to go with out power in the future. We got it hooked up to our house and now are prepared for the next natural disaster. Love the remote start and the dual gas feature. Never know if the place you live or will have gas or propane available. Very good investment for a whole house solution.
