Just received this about a week ago and so far so good. Looked good upon arrival, registration was simple, and service was no problem when I found one minor part missing from the box, they shipped it to me and it arrived in 4-5 days. Started it today for the first time and added refrigeration and heat coil loads without a problem using propane. I'll wait for first storm to be forecast before I load with gasoline but I would not expect any problems. Will post again if any problems occur, or to upgrade after a few extended periods of use.

I bought this after the major storm in Texas and it is definitely one of those items I hope I do not need for the house anyways. It came well packaged. The instructions were pretty straight forward. Looks we built and easy to use.

After the devastating winter storm the knocked out electricity for 3 days we bought the WGen9500DF. We will never go without heat again!

Cadillac of generators!

Dual fuel is a plus for us because our house is heated with propane and we have the option of hooking directly to the home heating supply. Due to past shoulder surgery the electric start was one of the deciding factors for me. The control panel is very well laid out and user friendly. One unexpected feature was the battery charge port with included battery charger for maintaining battery during long term storage.

Great Features, easy operation

I bought this as a backup to run essentials in my home. I live in Texas and we experience severe weather especially during hurricane season. Out of the box it was simple to setup and operate. It's well built and aturdy.
