Great Features

I received the generator yesterday. It was easy to set up and get running. I was pleased that included with the generator was a tool kit containing a wrench and a spark plug tool. It was also nice that oil and a funnel were included. I tested the generator using propane and it started right up and ran smoothly and was actually a bit less noisy than I expected. Overall a good buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Haven't had time to test it but my husband started preparing it last night for trial run. Looks really good. Gave it an average rating because we have not had the need to use it yet.

I did a fair amount of research on generators before I decided to purchase this one... It seemed to have all the features I wanted except idle control but the remote start made up for that.
I bought it for backup in case of power failure so hopefully I won't need to use it much but when I do I'm confident this Westinghouse 9500 will do the job!

ELECTRIC START UP IS GREAT

Remote start works great and is very convenient. Noise level is tolerable compared to other generators that I have used. I was looking for a generator to run freezer, refrigerator, well pump, lights and tv. Affordable and good reviews.

Gave my old 20 year old generator to my son just so I could rationalize buying a new one. Decided on the 9500df and couldn't be happier. Great features: dual feed, electric start, and plenty of power for the entire house when needed. Unboxing and setup a breeze. Definitely would recommend.
